Spain has been regarded as one of Europe's top destinations for holidays and for immigration. Even though COVID-19 placed a halt on rising sectors such as immigration, travel and home ownership and renovation, these sectors are proving to continue to grow and Spanish real estate is continuing to be a top demand from foreigners. While typically foreign homeowners have preferred to live in top touristic cities such as Málaga, Tenerife, etc. The rising costs are making it difficult for middle-class earners able to afford a home in these locations. However, by appealing to middle-class earners in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom about repopulating a rural city, Over the River S.L. allows potential homebuyers to accomplish their dreams of owning and renovating a home for an affordable price and they can enjoy making a positive difference to new local communities within Andalucía.
