Resumen
Este trabajo fin de grado estudia y analiza mediante normativa, jurisprudencia y diferentes documentos de ámbito nacional e internacional, cual es el estado de la conciliación familiar y laboral en España. Se ha investigado en diferentes informes, documentos y publicaciones para poder analizar y estudiar esta problemática.
Es necesario destacar cuál es el papel de la mujer dentro del mercado laboral, primero realizando un recorrido por la historia y luego analizando cuál es la situación actual.
This dissertation delves into labour and family conciliation in Spain, by analysing the regulations, jurisprudence and different national and international documents. Different reports and documents have been used on this research in order to further consider and analyze the above-mentioned problem. The role of women in the labour market should be pointed out. Firstly, by reviewing thoroughly their role historically and then, analyzing the current situation.
