El presente trabajo trata de ofrecer una visión general sobre la situación de la educación afectivo-sexual en España partiendo desde la visión histórica que ha tenido hasta el reconocimiento legislativo que tiene actualmente. Se tratan los estilos docentes y aspectos relevantes a tratar en dicha educación y cómo la ausencia de esta educación en el sistema educativo formal puede tener diversos problemas asociados. Finalmente, a través de una revisión sistemática, se analizan los programas e intervenciones que se están llevando a cabo, aquellos aspectos que se están trabajando dentro de las aulas y se introducen aquellos aspectos que deberían formar parte de toda educación afectivo-sexual para que el alumnado tenga una formación completa al respecto.
This article offers an overview of the current status of affective-sexual education in Spain, from its historical perspective to its current legislative recognition. It discusses teaching styles and relevant aspects to address in such education, as well as how the lack of this education in the formal education system can lead to various associated problems. Finally, through a systematic review, it analyzes the programs and interventions currently being implemented, the aspects currently being addressed in classrooms, and introduces the aspects that should be included in all affective-sexual education so that students receive comprehensive training in this area.
