This Master's Dissertation presents a theoretical framework based on the role of ICT for the development of pupils' competences as well as for Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). This relationship between ICT and CLIL is reflected in a learning situations proposal for the different cycles of primary education, in which students make use of technologies to create final products that help them to develop the specific competences set by the current Spanish legislation.
