Ansiedad y estresores primarios objetivos en el cuidado informal de mayores dependientes: una revisión sistemática

Resumen
Se está produciendo un envejecimiento de la población en los países desarrollados, asociado al envejecimiento aumentan: las enfermedades crónicas e incapacitantes y las personas cuidadoras informales (que son quienes se dedican al cuidado de una persona dependiente sin remuneración y con un vínculo afectivo). Cuidar trae consigo una serie de consecuencias perjudiciales para los cuidadores, entre ellas: la ansiedad. Nuestro trabajo tratará acerca de la ansiedad que sufren los cuidadores principales de personas ancianas dependientes, padeciendo estos ancianos: deterioro cognitivo, deterioro de la capacidad funcional y/o problemas de conducta. Hemos realizado una revisión sistemática sin meta-análisis, para ello hemos hecho una búsqueda de artículos en varias bases de datos, con sus cadenas de búsqueda correspondientes. Conclusión: podríamos decir que existe relación entre la ansiedad y que el paciente sufra deterioro cognitivo y/o deterioro funcional; sin embargo no podemos decir que los resultados sean concluyentes en la relación ansiedad-problemas de conducta.
In recent years there has been an increase of aged people in developed countries, and with them an increase of chronic and disabling diseases. It has led him to an increase of informal carers. Informal caregivers are people who are dedicated to care of a dependent person without pay and usually with a family relation. Taking care produces adverse consequences for caregivers: anxiety. This work will measure the anxiety experienced by caregivers of dependents aged who suffer: cognitive impairment, functional capacity impairment and behavioral problems. We have done a systematic review to perform this search for articles in several databases with their corresponding serach strategy. We found a relation between anxiety and the patient who has cognitive impairment and functional impairment; however we cannot say that the results are conclusive with anxiety - related behavior problems, so it should realized further investigation of the factors that are related to anxiety.
