ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO SOBRE EL CONOCIMIENTO DE LA POBLACIÓN BRASILEÑA Y ESPAÑOLA ACERCA DEL CAFÉ

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se ha realizado un análisis comparativo de la población española y brasileña sobre el conocimiento de éstas acerca del café. En primer lugar se ha revisado y recopilado información secundaria que conforma el marco teórico y en segundo lugar, a través de dicha información, se ha desarrollado un marco empírico del trabajo mediante dos cuestionarios. Con la información obtenida posteriormente codificada y analizada a través del programa estadístico SPSS, se han obtenido varias conclusiones que nos han permitido caracterizar y comparar a estos dos grupos de consumidores[EN] In the present work a comparative analysis of the population Spanish and Brazilian on the knowledge of these about coffee. In first secondary information has been reviewed and compiled which theoretical framework and, secondly, through this information, it has been developed an empirical framework of work through two questionnaires. With the information obtained subsequently encoded and analyzed through the statistical program SPSS, several conclusions have been obtained that have allowed to characterize and compare these two groups of consumers.
