Gratitud como factor modulador del bienestar. Una revisión sistemática

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo recopilar, revisar y combinar los resultados de estudios publicados sobre la gratitud en relación al bienestar subjetivo y la felicidad. Para ello se ha realizado una búsqueda en cuatro bases de datos científicas: proquest, psycinfo, psycarticles y google academic; donde se seleccionaron diez estudios mediante criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Tras el análisis de los estudios seleccionados, se ha observado mejoras significativas en el bienestar para las personas que practicaban la gratitud en su día a día, por lo que podemos llegar a la conclusión de que la gratitud mejora el bienestar subjetivo y la felicidad.
This paper aims to compile, review, and combine the results of published studies on gratitude in relation to subjective well-being and happiness. To this end, a search was conducted in four scientific databases: ProQuest, PsycInfo, PsycArticles, and Google Scholar; ten studies were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. After analyzing the selected studies, significant improvements in well-being were observed for people who practiced gratitude in their daily lives, so we can conclude that gratitude improves subjective well-being and happiness.
