Resumen
El presente trabajo de fin de grado se centra en el estudio del acoso escolar y el ciberacoso, problemáticas que están presentes en nuestra sociedad actual. El objetivo principal de dicho trabajo de investigación se basa en conocer y evaluar el tipo, frecuencia y características asociadas a las conductas de abuso y acoso entre menores de 13 y 14 años, que tienen lugar a través de las tecnologías de la comunicación. El instrumento empleado para la obtención de los datos ha sido el cuestionario de Ciberbullying (Garaigordobil y Fernández Tomé, 2011), el cual ha sido aplicado a un total de 145 alumnos/as de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO). Así pues, se ha demostrado cómo los jóvenes siguen padeciendo situaciones de abuso y acoso dentro del ámbito escolar y, cómo estos afirman observar, a través de internet, conductas abusivas y violentas
The following Bachelor’s Thesis focuses on the study of bullying at school and cyberbullying, problematic that are present in our current society. The main objective of this research work is to know and evaluate the type, frequency and characteristics associated with abuse and harassment behaviour in minors between 13 and 14 years, through communication technologies. The instrument used to obtain the data has been the Cyberbullying questionnaire (Garaigordobil y Fernández Tomé, 2011), which has been applied to a total of 145 students of compulsory secondary education (ESO). Thus, it has been shown how young people continue to suffer from abuse and harassment within the school environment, and how they claim to observe abusive and violent behaviors through the internet.
