Resumen
En este siglo XXI ha comenzado la era de la información, protagonizada por el cambio de la tecnología analógica, mecánica y electrónica a la tecnología digital. Esta digitalización ya ha llegado a la industria, en concreto a la refrigeración.
Se ha definido una aplicación IIoT en planta que permite la recogida de datos de la instalación de frío industrial aplicando nuevas tecnologías habilitantes, para suministrar a técnicos frigoristas, especialistas en el proceso que se implica. De tal manera que puedan evaluar los datos y proponer mejoras.
In this XXIst century, the information age has begun, starring the change from analog, mechanical and electronic technology to digital technology. This digitization has already reached the industry, specifically in refrigeration. An IIoT application has been defined in the plant that allows the collection of data from the industrial refrigeration installation by applying new enabling technologies, to supply refrigeration technicians, specialists in the process involved. In such a way that they can evaluate the data and propose improvements.
