EL MERCADO DE TRABAJO EN ANDALUCIA: EVOLUCIÓN RECIENTE Y SITUACIÓN ACTUAL

Abstract

[ES] La finalidad de este trabajo será conocer la evolución y la situación del mercado laboral en Andalucía, un mercado complejo, dinámico y especialmente afectado por la crisis económica de 2008. Para llevar a cabo este objetivo, se definirán algunos conceptos básicos como son el mercado de trabajo, población en edad de trabajar, los salarios y las tasas de empleo y ocupación, basándonos en diversos autores especialistas en la materia. Posteriormente se analizará la ocupación y el empleo en esta región, así como los salarios y el desempleo. Se prestará especial atención a la población más joven de esta comunidad, debido a las elevadas tasas de desempleo que presentan con respecto al resto de España. También se estudiará la situación del empleo irregular andaluz, el cual se da sobre todo en el sector doméstico y agrario. Por último se procederá a unas conclusiones finales, tras analizar todo lo citado anteriormente.

[EN] The purpose of this work will be to learn about the evolution and the situation of the labor market in Andalusia, a complex and dynamic market specially affected by the economic crisis of 2008. To carry out this aim, some basic concepts will be defined such as the labor market, the working age population, the wages and the rates of employment and occupation, being based on several authors specialists in this field. Afterwards, the occupation and the employment in this region will be analyzed as well as the wages and the unemployment. It will particular focused on the youngest population in this community, since the rates of unemployment are much higher than in the rest of Spain. Moreover, it will be studied the situation of the irregular Andalusian employment, which is given especially in the domestic and agricultural. Finally, a few final conclusions will be presented.
