Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Fin de Master pretende hacer un análisis del comportamiento de las cuentas financieras y cómo ha sido la gestión económicofinanciera de la empresa VRI-Management España S.L. Es una empresa de una cadena hotelera que opera en la costa del sol más específicamente Fuengirola y que representa gran parte de la generación de empleo de la zona. Es de suma importancia conocer los acontecimientos de las cuentas de las empresas para conocer cómo la misma ha sido gestionada en un período determinado y también porque se puede determinar qué tan fiable es la información financiera que estas presentan a los posibles interesados. De esta información proporcionada por la empresa, se derivan los ratios financieros que interpretados correctamente dan indicativos de la situación de la misma. Entonces, cuando se obtiene el análisis en base a los resultados obtenidos, se establecen unas pautas a los interesados de la información financiera para toma de decisiones: Decisiones administrativas: para el mejoramiento de la eficiencia de la compañía, Decisiones de partes interesadas externas: las cuales determinan si se desea: Realizar inversiones de capital, Otorgar préstamos a la entidad y tomar la decisión de hacer una auditoría más a fondo de las cuentas cuando se desconfíe de la información contable presentada
This Master's Thesis aims to analyze the behavior of the financial accounts and the economic and financial management of VRI-Management España S.L. This company belongs to a hotel chain operating on the Costa del Sol, specifically in Fuengirola, and is a significant contributor to employment in the area. Understanding the company's financial statements is crucial to understanding how it has been managed over a given period and to assessing the reliability of the financial information it presents to potential stakeholders. From this information provided by the company, financial ratios are derived, which, when correctly interpreted, offer insights into its financial health. Therefore, once the analysis is obtained based on the results, guidelines are established for those interested in the financial information for decision-making: Administrative decisions: for improving the company's efficiency; Decisions of external stakeholders: which determine whether to: Make capital investments, Grant loans to the entity, and decide to conduct a more in-depth audit of the accounts when there is doubt about the accounting information presented.
