El delito de malversación

Abstract

[ES]En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) analizaré El Delito de Malversación, tipificado en el Título XIX del Código Penal, Delitos contra la Administración Pública. Debido a la reforma realizada en el Código Penal (LO 1/2015) el delito de malversación ha sufrido un gran cambio. Este gran cambio se centra en el nuevo artículo 432, objeto de estudio en el trabajo. Además del estudio del artículo 432, comentaré las demás reformas sufridas en los posteriores artículos así como aspectos esenciales del delito de malversación.

[EN]In this Final Degree Project (TFG) I will proceed to analyze The Crime of embezzlement, typified in Title XIX of the Penal Spanish Code named “Crimes against Public Administration”. Dued to the reform that was carried out in the Penal Code, the crime of embezzlement has undergone a great change. This change is focused on the new article 432, that will be studied in this project. Apart from the study of the article 432, I will comment the rest of reform carried out in the later articles as well as the main aspects of the embezzlement crime.
