[EN]Along this work, the development of a didactic unit called "Safety protocol and risk prevention in the laboratory" is exposed. It is addressed to the Higher Degree of Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory, specifically, to the module called "General Laboratory Techniques". It is contextualized in the IES San Juan Bosco, the place where it is intended to be developed. Together, an epistemological foundation has been carried out on the theme on which the teaching unit is based, that is, on the different protocols and security measures that must be taken into account to avoid possible risks in the laboratory, protective equipment, treatment and waste disposal, in addition to detailing the action to be carried out in an emergency situation. The aim is to develop an interactive, participatory and flexible methodology, since the objective is for the students to collaborate in class while maintaining an active role, and not just stick to listening.
