Influencia del grupo de iguales sobre el menor infractor

Abstract

En este proyecto de investigación se aborda la temática de menores infractores, más concretamente se estudiará su situación en la ciudad de Jaén. Esta investigación está centrada en la influencia que ha ejercido el grupo de iguales con el que el menor se relaciona de forma cotidiana para la aparición de habilidades y conductas delictivas. Para ello, se ha realizado una lectura bibliográfica y una redacción del marco conceptual con el objetivo de adentrarnos en la temática. Tras esto se desarrollaran una serie de objetivos, los cuales se intentarán conseguir a través de la utilización del método cualitativo y el análisis de datos en busca de información relevante a nuestra investigación.

This research paper deal with the issue of juvenile offenders, more specifically the situation in Jaen. This research focuses on the influence of the peer – group in the young, who has a daily relationship with that peer – group for the appearance of criminal abilities and behaviours. For that purpose, I have carried out a bibliographical literature and a framework related to that in order to start with in the topic. After that, I will develop a number of objectives which I will try to achieve throughout the use of a qualitative method. Finally, I will analyse the data in order to look for relevant information for my research.
