Resumen
[ES] Los indicadores de gestión en el sector privado han sido relevantes para determinar si un proyecto o negocio obtienen éxito o si la organización cumple con los objetivos marcados. En el caso del sector público los indicadores de gestión también han obtenido especial importancia consiguiendo a través de éstos medir la eficiencia, eficacia y economía.
En el presente trabajo vamos a realizar un análisis sobre los indicadores de gestión, analizando el concepto de éstos así como sus características, limitaciones y clasificación. Estudiaremos el funcionamiento de su implantación en las administraciones públicas a través de criterios y/o fases, y además haremos referencia a la transparencia en el sector público. En último lugar, realizaremos un estudio empírico que consiste en ponderar una batería de indicadores propuestos por Transparencia Internacional España para valorar la transparencia en el Ayuntamiento de Ibros a través de una encuesta realizada por ciudadanos y agentes del Ayuntamiento.
[EN] Management indicators in the private sector have been relevant to determine if a project or business is successful or if the organization meets the objectives set. In the case of the public sector, management indicators have also gained special importance through measuring efficiency, effectiveness and economy.
