[ES]En el presente estudio se lleva a cabo un análisis sobre el origen del Derecho Administrativo a través de la exégesis doctrinal existente en torno a esta materia, presentándose los diferentes argumentos esgrimidos desde las distintas corrientes de pensamiento.
