Resumen
En este trabajo se pretende analizar la relación existente entre mindfulness y regulación emocional. Primero, se hace una exploración detallada del mindfulness, es decir, en qué consiste exactamente y cómo podemos llegar a adquirir esta habilidad a través de la práctica meditativa. Se habla de los diferentes tratamientos psicológicos que han incorporado los principios del mindfulness debido a su eficacia en problemas psicológicos. Segundo, se explica el modelo procesual de la regulación emocional y, por último cómo estrategias y los procesos de regulación emocional influyen sobre el mindfulness.
This study is dealt about a psychological reseach. The investigation aims to analyze the connection between mindfulness and emotion regulation. Firstly, it is minutely studied mindfulness; what does it consist? And how can we acquire this skill through the meditative practice. Besides, it is explained the different psychological treatments which have been introduced by the beginnings of mindfulness because of their effectiveness in psychological problems. Secondly, all about the procedural model in emotional regulation is analized. In the end it is explained how the strategies and the process of emotional regulation have influence over mindfulness.
