Revisión Bibliográfica sobre la Situación de la Prostitución en España

Abstract

La presente revisión bibliográfica se ha realizado con la finalidad de elaborar el Trabajo de Fin de Grado de Trabajo Social, con objeto de analizar a partir de la bibliografía existente, la situación actual de la prostitución en España. A través del estudio realizado se ha pretendido enmarcar de la manera más exacta la situación de esta problemática social. Para ello se ha analizado el marco legislativo existente, los factores asociados a esta problemática y la vulneración de los derechos humanos en cuanto a la misma. En suma, se ha llevado a cabo el estudio desde la mirada del Trabajo Social por su importancia en la garantía y protección de los derechos inherentes a la persona

The present bibliographical review has been carried out with the purpose of preparing the Final Degree Project of Social Work, in order to analyze from the existing bibliography, the current situation of prostitution in Spain. Through the study carried out, it has been tried to frame in the most exact way the situation of this social problem. For this, the existing legislative framework, the factors associated with this problem and the violation of human rights in terms of it have been analyzed. In short, the study has been carried out from the point of view of Social Work due to its importance in guaranteeing and protecting the rights inherent to the person
