LOS JÓVENES EN EL MERCADO LABORAL ESPAÑOL

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo es un análisis sobre la situación de los jóvenes ante el mercado laboral español. Para realizar esta labor he detallado dicha problemática en distintas partes. Primeramente, he decidido empezar indagando los contextos económico y social en los que viven los jóvenes. Aquí cabe destacar tanto la evolución de la formación como de la tasa de emancipación. Posteriormente, en un segundo bloque, paso a examinar la participación laboral de los jóvenes. Dicho examen lo he realizado en dos partes, la primera sobre el cambio a nivel europeo de dicha participación y el segundo sobre las características del empleo español para los jóvenes. Después en la tercera parte de este estudio, paso a comentar las principales políticas que se están llevando a cabo desde las instituciones. Finalmente, acabo con las conclusiones principales de cada uno de los apartados anteriores. PALABRAS CLAVE: Juventud, formación, desempleo, precariedad y temporalidad.

[EN] The present work is an analysis about the situation of young people in the Spanish labor market. To carry out this task I have detailed this problem in different parts. First of all, I have decided to start by investigating the economic and social contexts in which young people live. Here we must highlight both the evolution of training and the emancipation rate. Later, in a second section, I will examine the participation labor of young people. I have done this exam in two parts, the first on the change at European level of this participation and the second on the characteristics of Spanish employment for young people. Then in the third part of this study, I will comment on the main policies that are being carried out by the institutions. Finally, I finish with the main conclusions of each one of the previous sections. PALABRAS CLAVE: Youth, training, unemployment, precariousness and temporality.
