Intervenciones positivas y psicopatología centrada en depresión

Abstract

Este trabajo ha tenido como objetivo realizar una revisión teórica de los diferentes estudios realizados en los últimos años sobre las intervenciones positivas que se utilizan para el tratamiento de la depresión y hacer una comparación con las terapias psicológicas tradicionales como la terapia cognitivo-conductual. Se revisan varias terapias psicológicas utilizadas en la depresión como son la terapia cognitivo conductual, la activación conductual, la terapia interpersonal y la terapia de aceptación y compromiso. Así como también la eficacia y efectividad de cada una de estas terapias. Posteriormente, se hace una revisión acerca de las intervenciones positivas y la terapia del bienestar y se compara con las terapias psicológicas tradicionales.

This work has had as aim realize a theoretical review of the different studies realized in the last years on the positive interventions that are in use for the treatment of the depression and to do a comparison with the psychological traditional therapies as the cognitive-behavioral therapy. There are checked several psychological therapies used in the depression since they are the therapy cognitive behaviorally, the behavioral activation, the interpersonal therapy and the therapy of acceptance and commitment. As well as the efficacy and effectiveness of each of these therapies. Later, a review is done brings over of the positive interventions and the therapy of the well-being and it is compared with the psychological traditional therapies.
