Resumen
La Administración Pública para poder cumplir los fines de interés público que se le va encargando, requiere de disponer de bienes y derechos de titularidad privada.
El Ordenamiento Jurídico atribuye a la Administración la potestad expropiatoria, la cual le va a permitir, bajo algunas condiciones, vencer la resistencia a retener los bienes y derechos de los que sean titulares, a fin de disponer de los mismos y poder destinarlos a un fin público.
The Public Administration to be able to fulfill the ends of public interest that he him is taking charge, needs of having goods and rights of private ownership. The Juridical Classification attributes to the Administration the legal authority expropriation, which is going to allow, under some conditions, overcome the resistance to retain the goods and rights of those who are titular, in order to have the same ones and to be able to destine them to a public end.
