ORGANIZACIÓN Y DIRECCIÓN DE LA EMPRESA

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster, que lleva por título "Organización y dirección de la empresa", tendrá básicamente dos enfoques. Por un lado, desde una perspectiva teórica, se desarrollará una fundamentación epistemológica, centrando la investigación en la evolución de la idea de Organización a lo largo del tiempo, desde las primeras formas organizativas establecidas en la Edad Media, hasta el estudio de las diferentes corrientes de pensamiento organizativo más importantes del siglo XX. Y, por otro lado, desde un enfoque más práctico, realizaremos la proyección didáctica del tema, que se corresponde con la asignatura de Economía de la Empresa de 2º de Bachillerato, en la modalidad de Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales. Es en esta parte, donde estableceremos los objetivos, los contenidos y las competencias clave a adquirir por parte del alumnado.

[EN] My end of Master's project, which is entitled "Organization and Administration of the Company" will be based on two main approaches. On the one hand, from a theoretical perspective, an epistemological foundation will be develop, focusing the research on the concept of Organization and its evolution over time, from the initial forms of organization settled in the Middle Ages, until the study of different ways of organizational thinking during the 20th century. On the other hand, from the most practica! approach, 1 will develop the didactic section of the topic, which corresponds with the Economy of the Company subject from the second year of A level studies, in the modality of Humanities and Social Sciences. Along this section, objectives, contents and key competences will be established in arder to be acquired by the students.
