MODELADO BIM PARA EL PROYECTO DE UN CINE EN ANDÚJAR (JAÉN)

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de fin de grado, se ha desarrollado el modelado BIM (Building Information Modeling) para el proyecto de un cine en Andújar (Jaén). Para ello se usó el software Revit 2020. Los objetivos principales de este trabajo fueron diseñar, modelar y gestionar la información proporcionada por los programas utilizados, con el fin de ejecutar la creación del cine. Se realizó el modelado del edificio en tres fases. La primera, comprendió el modelado estructural; la segunda, el modelado arquitectónico, incluyendo todos los detalles del interior; y, por último, se modeló el emplazamiento. Por otro lado, se generaron todos los documentos necesarios que necesitará el cliente. Finalmente, se pudo observar a tiempo real y de forma realista el cine.

In this final degree project, BIM (Building Information Modeling) has been developed for the project of a cinema in Andújar (Jaén). For this, Revit 2020 software was used. The main objectives of this work were to design, model and manage the information provided by the programs used, in order to execute the creation of the cinema. The building was modeled in three phases. The first, included structural modeling; the second, the architectural modeling, including all the details of the interior; and finally, the site was modeled. On the other hand, all the necessary documents that the client will need were generated. Finally, the cinema could be observed in real time and in a realistic way.
