Plan de gestión en fisioterapia: apertura de un centro de fisioterapia

Abstract

Hoy día, son muchos los jóvenes fisioterapeutas, que vislumbran la posibilidad de comenzar su actividad laboral por cuenta propia. Esto es debido a los bajos sueldos ofertados por los centros de fisioterapia, intoxicados por la crisis reinante en nuestro país. La gestión y planificación de un proyecto de emprendimiento laboral, se presenta complicado debido al alto conocimiento que se debe tener para realizar tramitaciones de carácter burocrático en su mayoría. Este será el objetivo principal de nuestro trabajo fin de grado, resaltar la figura del trabajador autónomo, y facilitar en la medida de lo posible, aspectos como: ayudas al emprendimiento, trámites burocráticos con las diferentes entidades (hacienda, ayuntamientos, seguridad social, administración de salud…etc.), y un proyecto técnico real de un centro de fisioterapia. Las bases de dicho proyecto, serán: buscar, identificar, resaltar, analizar, simplificar y promulgar, todas las gestiones oportunas y necesarias, que darán comienzo a nuestra actividad como fisioterapeuta.

Today, there are many young physiotherapists, who envisage the possibility of starting their work on their own. This is due to the low salaries offered by physiotherapy centers, intoxicated by the crisis prevailing in our country. The management and planning of a project for entrepreneurship is complicated due to the high knowledge that must be had to carry out procedures of a bureaucratic nature in it is majority. This will be the main objective of our final work, to highlight the figure of the self-employed worker, and to facilitate, as far as possible, aspects such as: aids to entrepreneurship, bureaucratic procedures with different entities (public finances, local governments, social security, Health administration... etc.), and a real technical project of a physiotherapy center. The basis of this project will be: to search, identify, highlight, analyze, simplify and promulgate, all timely and necessary steps, which will start our activity as a physiotherapist.
