ESTUDIO COMPARATIVO DE DISTINTOS SISTEMAS DE CIMENTACIÓN ROFUNDA EN EDIFICIOS RESIDENCIALES SOMETIDOS A CARGAS LATERALES CONSIDERABLES

Abstract

[ES]l trabajo desarrollado en el presente estudio técnico ha consistido en la realización de una comparación entre dos sistemas de cimentación profunda para edificios de mediana-elevada altura: pilotes de extracción y de desplazamiento. Para ello, se ha considerado un edificio prototipo residencial de veinte plantas, utilizando dos esquemas estructurales resistentes consistentes en forjados reticulares sobre pilares con y sin pantallas antisísmicas, respectivamente, cimentados sobre suelos cohesivos y granulares. Para el cálculo de la edificación y la cimentación se ha tenido en cuenta la combinación de cargas gravitatorias junto con cargas laterales considerables debidas a viento y sismo, así como los efectos de segundo orden. Como resultado, se ha realizado un estudio comparativo para ambos métodos de cimentación en cada tipología estructural, teniendo en cuenta a su vez los diferentes tipos de suelo. La comparación se ha realizado, tanto desde el punto de vista técnico, como económico y medioambiental.

[ES]This technical report is based on the comparison between two different systems of deep foundation for medium to high rise buildings: driven and bored piles. A 20-story prototype residential building has been taking into account, using waffle-flat-plate structures with and without shear-walls. Moreover, the influence of the cohesive and granular soil foundation has been considered in the study. The structural analysis has been carried out by accounting both the gravity-lateral load combinations and p-delta effect, respectively. The objective of the work is the comparison between both types of deep foundation for each structural system taking into account the soil foundation. The comparison is based on technical, economic and environmental criteria.
