Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene por objeto definir, valorar y expresar gráficamente las obras e instalaciones a realizar para la construcción de una planta para la elaboración de hormigón en el TM de Linares, el emplazamiento escogido será junto a la carretera A-302, PK 1,30 Km, en el paraje denominado Hazas de La Añoreta. El abastecimiento del árido será transportado desde el cercano yacimiento situado en el paraje denominado Los Baños, en el TM de Lupión, junto al pueblo pedáneo de Guadalimar. La planta de tratamiento mecánico de áridos del yacimiento está situada igualmente en el TM de Lupión, dentro del propio yacimiento mencionado. El objeto será el de establecer en este entorno un complejo empresarial para la explotación y tratamiento de áridos, y su posterior transformación en hormigón, con el fin de abastecer a áreas colindantes.
The purpose of this project is to define, assess, and graphically describe the works and facilities to be built for the construction of a concrete production plant in the Linares district. The site will be located next to the A-302 highway, at kilometer point 1.30 km, in the area known as Hazas de La Añoreta. The aggregate supply will be transported from the nearby deposit located in the area known as Los Baños, in the Lupión district, next to the village of Guadalimar. The mechanical aggregate processing plant for the site is also located in the Lupión district, within the aforementioned deposit itself. The objective will be to establish a business complex in this area for the exploitation and processing of aggregates and their subsequent transformation into concrete, in order to supply the surrounding areas.
