Estudio y dimensionamiento de una cámara refrigerante acoplada a vehículo para el transporte y conservación de helados

Abstract

En este Trabajo Fin de Grado se ha realizado el diseño de una cámara frigorífica, teniendo en cuenta la carga térmica que se debe sustraer a la cámara frigorífica para la conservación de los helados a la temperatura diseñada, y para dicho fin se ha ideado una instalación frigorífica con sus correspondientes elementos principales. Por último, se ha sobredimensionado el motor teniendo en cuenta la potencia del compresor, de tal forma que aumenta la cilindrada unitaria del motor del vehículo.

In this Final Degree Work the design of a refrigeration room has been carried out, taking into account the thermal charge that must be subtracted from the refrigeration room for the preservation of the ice cream at the temperature designed, and for that purpose a refrigeration facility with its main components has been designed. Finally, the engine has been oversized taking into account the power of the compressor, thereby increasing the unit engine capacity of the vehicle.
