Logística y aprovechamiento de los residuos de la poda del olivar en la zona de Jaén

Abstract

En el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se trata el proceso de la poda del olivar desde que se realiza la poda del olivo hasta que se convierte en astilla o bien se destina a otros usos como por ejemplo el gastronómico entre otros que veremos a lo largo de este trabajo, también estudiaremos las normativas que acogen estos procesos así como las medidas del gobierno y de la unión europea que proporcionan ayudas a los agricultores que deciden que sus olivares sean más ecológicos y beneficiosos para el medio ambiente.

This Final Degree Project deals with the process of olive pruning from the pruning of the olive tree until it becomes chips or is intended for other uses such as gastronomic among others that we will see throughout this work, we will also study the regulations that welcome these processes as well as government and European Union measures that provide aid to farmers who decide to make their olive groves more environmentally friendly and beneficial to the environment. On the other hand we will see more technical data on olive pruning in terms of production of this by-product per hectare of cultivated olive grove, number of hectares available in our territory as well as the cost of carrying out each of the processes that can be carried out to treat or dispose of the olive pruning.
