Embarazo en la adolescencia

Abstract

[ES]La situación del embarazo en la adolescencia es hoy una problemática de salud a nivel internacional. La edad del periodo adolescente se encuentra entre los 10 y 19 años. El objetivo principal es explorar el embarazo en la adolescencia. Para ello, analizaremos la prevalencia de embarazos en adolescentes, los programas de educación sanitaria en la prevención de embarazos adolescentes, los factores sociales y riesgos que influyen en estos embarazos, los sistemas de apoyo de la embarazada adolescente, el papel de enfermería en la prevención de estos embarazos tempranos. Está aumentando el número de embarazos en adolescentes, por lo que es importante analizar los diferentes aspectos que influyen en este tema. Se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica en diferentes bases de datos desde el año 2000 hasta el mes de Mayo del año 2014.

[EN]The situation of the pregnancy in the adolescence is today a problematic of health worldwide. The age of the teen period is between 10 and 19 years. The principal aim is to explore the pregnancy in the adolescence. For this, we have analyzed the prevalence of teenage pregnancy, health education programs to prevent teen pregnancy, the social factors and risks that influence these pregnancies, the systems of support of the teenager pregnant, the paper of nurse in the prevention of these early pregnancies. It is increasing the number of pregnancies in teenagers, for this, it is very important to analyze the different aspects that influence this topic. We have done a bibliographical review in different databases from the year 2000 until May, 2014.
