Resumen
Actualmente, el sector eléctrico es un servicio esencial en la vida de todos los ciudadanos. El objetivo de este estudio, será analizar cada parte de la factura de la luz, con el objetivo de saber lo que estamos pagando, he incluso que tenemos contratado. Por otro lado, podremos obtener información sobre el bono social, ya que con este obtendremos un descuento en nuestra factura, siempre que seamos vulnerables, por lo que estudiaremos cuales son estos grupos, y además, podremos saber, que medidas han tomado las empresas eléctricas ante la llegada del COVID-19. Finalmente, hablaremos sobre el tipo de reclamaciones que podemos realizar en las empresas suministradoras de luz, cuando tengamos cualquier tipo de problema eléctrico. Para llevar a cabo este estudio se hará uso de datos e información, de la página web de Endesa, ya que es una de las mayores empresas suministradoras de luz.
Currently, the electricity sector is an essential service in the lives of all citizens.
