Resumen
El presente trabajo considera la importancia del precio como factor determinante del valor percibido de los consumidores. El objetivo específico se centra en el cálculo del valor percibido a partir de una base de datos de la web TripAdvisor. Finalmente se analiza si existen diferencias entre precio y valor percibido.
This study considers the importance of the price to be a determinat factor of the perceived value of the consumers. The specific objetive is the calculation of the perceived value as method of pricing. It is created a database from the website TripAdvisor. Finally, it is analyzed if there exist differences between the value perceived and price.
