Resumen
[ES]La temática de estudio de este trabajo se centra en la evolución del concepto de logística,
desde el inicio como actividad de apoyo o primaria en la cadena de valor hasta elemento
clave en el modelo de negocio.
Empezaremos definiendo el concepto de logística empresarial describiendo objetivos,
funciones y composición para entender cómo afectará su importancia dentro del modelo de
negocio. Será este instrumento (modelo de negocio) el que sirva como base para que una
empresa cree, proporcione y capte valor; para ello se basará en la logística y el tipo de
enfoque push o pull que realice hacia el cliente.
Finalmente podremos tener una visión de la creación de valor en las empresas a través de la logística.
[EN]The theme of studio of this project is focused on the evolution of the logistics concept, at the beginning was as activity of support or primary activity in the value chain until a key element in the business model. It will start by defining the concept of business logistics describing objectives, functions and composition in order to understand how it will affect their importance within the business model. It will be this instrument (business model) that serves as the basis in a company to create, provide and capture value; for that, it will be based on the logistics and the type of push or pull strategy that makes towards the customer. Finally we will be able to have the vision of creating value in companies through logistics.
