Resumen
[ES]El Trabajo de Fin de Máster Universitario en Profesorado de Educación Secundaria
Obligatoria y Bachillerato, Formación Profesional y Enseñanza de Idiomas se divide en
dos partes, una primera parte, la fundamentación epistemológica y una segunda parte,
la proyección didáctica.
En la fundamentación epistemológica se hace referencia al contrato de trabajo, como
un acuerdo entre empresario/a y trabajador/a por el que el/la trabajador/a se obliga a
prestar determinados servicios por cuenta del empresario/a y bajo su dirección, a
cambio de una retribución.
Los contratos de trabajo pueden clasificarse en dos categorías: contratos temporales y
contratos indefinidos. En esta primera parte, el Trabajo de Fin de Máster se centra
principalmente en los contratos temporales y sus diferentes modalidades.
Por otro lado, en la proyección didáctica, se programa para el módulo profesional de
Formación y Orientación Laboral del Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Educación
Infantil que se imparte en el “IES Acebuche” de Torredonjimeno, Jaén.
A través de la programación, se pretende elaborar un documento que secuencie y
organice de forma coherente y práctica los contenidos del módulo profesional,
cumpliendo con la legislación aplicable y alcanzando los resultados de aprendizaje y los
objetivos del módulo.

[EN]The Final Master's Degree Project in Teaching Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching is divided into two parts, a first part, the epistemological foundation and a second part, the didactic projection. In the epistemological foundation reference is made to the work contract, as an agreement between employer and worker by which the worker is obliged to provide certain services on behalf of the employer and under his direction, in exchange for a fee. Labor contracts can be classified into two categories: temporary contracts and permanent contracts. In this first part, the Master's Thesis focuses mainly on temporary contracts and their different modalities. On the other hand, in the didactic projection, it is programmed for the professional module of Training and Labor Orientation of the Higher Degree Training Cycle in Infant Education that is taught in the "IES Acebuche" of Torredonjimeno, Jaén. Through the programming, it is intended to produce a document that sequentially and coherently and practically organizes the contents of the professional module, complying with the applicable legislation and achieving the learning outcomes and the objectives of the module.
