LAS MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD

Abstract

En este trabajo, se lleva a cabo el examen de como las medidas de seguridad se empezaron a aplicar, primeramente con la Ley de Vagos y Maleantes y posteriormente le siguió la Ley de Peligrosidad y Rehabilitación Social, basándose en medidas predelictuales. Con el CP de 1995, se incluyó el sistema vicarial, una de las relaciones de cómo aplicar penas y medidas de seguridad. Sujetos sobre los que recaen las medidas de seguridad, pueden ser inimputables como semiimputables, a los cuales se les pueden imponer medidas de seguridad privativas o no de libertad. También los cambios que se han producido con respecto de la LO 5/2010, y LO 1/2015, ambas basándose en la libertad vigilada.
