Resumen
[ES]En el presente trabajo abordamos la creación de un departamento de Recursos Humanos en
la empresa WOMBEE, dedicada a la consultoría integral a empresas en el ámbito de los
Recursos Humanos.
Partiendo de la importancia y la necesidad de una buena gestión de recursos humanos para
que la empresa consiga sus objetivos organizacionales y teniendo en cuenta que esta empresa
no cuenta con un departamento de gestión de recursos humanos como tal y que se enfrenta a
retos como su expansión, creemos necesario el estudio de la viabilidad y puesta en marcha de
este departamento.
Para ello, en primer lugar analizamos la estrategia de la empresa a nivel corporativo y
competitivo y determinamos su estructura, lo que nos permite deducir que existe un
Departamento de Recursos Humanos que se dedica solo y exclusivamente a la gestión del
personal de las empresas clientes, pero no del personal interno de Wombee.
De este modo, partiendo de este análisis, proponemos la creación de un nuevo departamento,
fijando sus objetivos, funciones, estructura, posición en el organigrama, la política marco de
gestión de personal que llevará a cabo, así como los mecanismos de control de esa políti
[EN]In the present work, we develop the creation of a department of Human Resources in the company WOMBEE, which is dedicated to the integral consultancy to companies in the field of the Human Resources. Starting from the importance and the necessity of a good management of human resources for the company to achieve its organizational objectives and since this company does not have a department as such, dedicated to this management and faces challenges such as its expansion, we believe necessary the study of the feasibility and implementation of this department. To do this, we first analyze the strategy of the company at the corporate and competitive level, determine its structure, which allows us to deduce that there is a Human Resources Department that is dedicated exclusively to the management of the staff from the client companies, but not from the internal staff of Wombee.
