Eficacia del Saboreo en la salud y bienestar: una revisión sistemática

El Saboreo se ha definido como una forma de control percibido sobre las emociones positivas mediante el cual un individuo es capaz de generar, intensificar y prolongar el disfrute a través de la propia voluntad. En la actualidad son bastantes las investigaciones que enfatizan la importancia de contar con nuevos elementos terapéuticos positivos que puedan actuar como complemento a los actuales tratamientos psicológicos. Esta revisión pretende ahondar en el conocimiento del saboreo y tiene como objetivo revisar la bibliografía existente relacionada con sus diferentes ámbitos de aplicación. Para ello, se ha llevado a cabo una búsqueda bibliográfica sistemática en la que se han seleccionado un total de diecisiete estudios, a partir de los cuales, se han analizado los posibles beneficios e implicaciones de saborear. Los resultados encontrados sugieren que el saboreo de experiencias positivas posee un gran valor clínico para la promoción del bienestar y la salud física y mental.

Currently, there is considerable research emphasizing the importance of new positive therapeutic elements that can complement current psychological treatments. This review aims to deepen our understanding of savoring and reviews the existing literature related to its different areas of application. To this end, a systematic literature search was conducted, selecting a total of seventeen studies from which the potential benefits and implications of savoring were analyzed. The results suggest that savoring positive experiences has significant clinical value for promoting well-being and physical and mental health.
