Resumen
Las funciones de los complejos TORC1 y TORC2, pertenecientes a la ruta de señalización TOR, han sido estudiadas desde hace varias décadas. Aunque las funciones principales de estos complejos han sido abordadas y hay una conformidad entre la mayoría de investigadores, aún no se conocen todas las vías de actuación de los mismos. En este trabajo, llevaremos a cabo una serie de análisis para comprender mejor las funciones biológicas llevadas a cabo por los complejos TORC1 y TORC2 y su localización celular.
The functions of the TORC1 and TORC2 complexes, belonging to the TOR signaling pathway, have been studied since several decades. Although the main functions of these complexes have been addressed and there is an agreement among most researchers, not all of their action pathways are yet known. In this work, we will carry out different studies to better understand the biological functions linked to the TORC1 and TORC2 complexes and their cellular localization.
