Resumen
[ES] El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster se centra en la enseñanza de español como lengua extranjera mediante la adaptación cinematográfica del relato breve Un día de estos de Gabriel García Márquez. La
mencionada adaptación se llevará a cabo a través del diseño de una unidad didáctica para un grupo concreto de alumnos y donde el objetivo principal versará sobre la enseñanza de español como lengua
extranjera; asimismo, otros objetivos secundarios entrarán en juego, por ejemplo, la potenciación de la
competencia cultural y comunicativa o el aprendizaje en profundidad del discurso fílmico mediante la
unidad didáctica. Además, el presente trabajo introduce una aportación interesante al mundo de la
enseñanza de ELE; en primer lugar, debido a que la adaptación cinematográfica no está muy presente en
las aulas de ELE y, en segundo lugar, porque involucra el medio audiovisual de un modo poco común para el alumnado.
[EN] This Master’s Dissertation is focused on teaching Spanish as a foreign language through the usage of a film adaptation based on the short story One of These Days written by Gabriel García Márquez. The aforementioned adaptation will be implemented by designing a didactic unit for a specific group of students and where the primary goal will lie on learning Spanish as a foreign language. However, secondary goals will also apply, such as fostering a better understanding of the culture and the film industry or boosting the communicative competence of the students. On the one hand, this work is interesting due to the fact that film adaption is hardly ever presented in the Spanish as second language class and, on the other hand, because it offers the chance to study audiovisual materials in a different way for the trainees.
