Resumen
[ES] La organización de la prevención de riesgos laborales en las empresas es una medida obligatoria cuya finalidad es garantizar la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores. Esta organización preventiva se encuentra regulada en la Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y establece que el empresario está obligado a realizar un conjunto de deberes, a subsanar las situaciones de riesgo que existan en la empresa y a integrar la prevención de riesgos laborales en cada una de las actividades y decisiones que lleven a cabo.
Para la realización de las actuaciones anteriores, existen diversas modalidades preventivas a las que pueden acceder los empresarios dependiendo de las características y actividades de sus empresas.
[EN] The organization of the Prevention of Occupational Risks in companies is an obligatory measure intended to ensure the safety and health of workers. This preventive organization is regulated by the Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks and defines that the employer is required to do a set of duties, to correct the risk situations that exist in the company and to integrate prevention of occupational risks in each of the activities and decisions. For the realization of these actions, there are several preventive modalities to which employers can access depending on the characteristics and activities of their companies.
