La armonización fiscal de las accisas

Abstract

Este proyecto ha consistido en la investigación de las diferentes directivas y motivos por los que se ha llevado a cabo o se intenta llevar a cabo una armonización fiscal de las accisas. Primeramente, se ha hecho una breve referencia a la evolución histórica de la armonización fiscal desde su primer antecedente con la creación del Tratado de Roma en 1957 hasta el Tratado de Maastricht en 1992 con la creación de la Unión Monetaria. Pero también se ha hecho una breve referencia a la historia de las accisas, la cual es sucesora de la anterior. A la vez que se ha llevado a cabo la investigación de este trabajo nos hemos dado cuenta de las dificultades que existen para ello. Por último, se ha hecho una investigación de cada uno de los impuestos que conforman las accisas. This project has consisted of the investigation of the different directives and reasons for which a tax harmanization of excise duties has been carried out or is trying to be carried out. Firstly, a brief reference has been made to the historical evolution of fiscal harmonization since its first antecedent with the creation of the Treaty of Rome in 1957 until Maastricht Treaty in 1992 with the creation of the Monetary Unión. But there has also been a brief reference to the history of the accisas, whichis a sucesor to the previos one. At the same time that the investigation of this project has been carried out, we have know the difficulties that exist for it. Finally, an investigation has been made of each of the taxes that make up the excise duties.
