PROPUESTA DIDÁCTICA PRESENCIAL Y TELEMÁTICA PARA TERCERO DE ESO SOBRE ALIMENTACIÓN, NUTRICIÓN Y SALUD

Abstract

[ES]El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster aborda los aspectos sobre las implicaciones de la alimentación y la nutrición en el estado de salud. El contenido de esta propuesta didáctica está adaptado a alumnos y alumnas de tercero de ESO. La proyección didáctica del tema está adaptada a la situación actual del sistema educativo, por lo tanto, es una propuesta tanto presencial, con las medidas de seguridad adoptadas según las autoridades sanitarias, como telemática. La propuesta de mejora metodológica que se plantea es empleando la herramienta de gestión de aprendizaje Moodle, basada en el blended learning. La siguiente programación pretende alcanzar una serie de competencias clave y objetivos, entre ellos, busca desarrollar el pensamiento crítico de los adolescentes para que comprendan la importancia de los hábitos alimenticios saludables y los asienten en su estilo de vida futuro.[EN]The present Final Master's work addresses the aspects about the implications of food and nutrition in the health condition. The content of this didactic proposal is adapted to students of the second term of Compulsory Secondary Education. The didactic projection of the matter is based on flexible innovative methodologies adapted to the current education system, and thus, it is a good proposal in which the process of teaching-learning is developed in both online and face-to-face, with safety measures adopted according to the health authorities. The proposal of improved methodology that is given is to use the learning management system Moodle, based in blended learning. The following schedule tries to achieve a series of key competencies and objectives, among them, it tries to develop critical thinking of the teenagers so that they comprehend the importance of healthy eating habits and they settle on their future life style
