Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como objetivo principal, conocer la relación que existe entre la creatividad y los hábitos saludables en Educación Infantil. Este estudio se realiza en el colegio concertado Virgen del Carmen, situado en Andújar. La muestra estudiada está comprendida en un total de 43 niños, de edades comprendidas entre los 4 y 6 años de edad. Para llevar a cabo este estudio se ha tenido en cuenta un diseño de investigación descriptiva y correlacional con el fin de analizar la relación entre creatividad y hábitos saludables. El instrumento de recogida de datos ha sido un cuestionario de hábitos saludables y un test de creatividad aplicado en las aulas de 4 y 5 años. Los resultados revelaron que existe una relación entre hábitos saludables y un mayor desarrollo creativo en niños de 4 y 5 años de edad, de esta forma, llegamos a la conclusión que una buena alimentación se puede relacionar con tener una mayor creatividad
This research work has as main objective, to know the relationship between creativity and healthy habits in early childhood education. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire healthy habits and a test of creativity applied in the classrooms of 4 and 5 years. The results revealed that there is a relationship between healthy habits and greater creative development in children and age, in this way, we conclude that a good diet may be related to increased creativity.
