(ES)El presente trabajo es una propuesta didáctica de yoga para segundo de la educación secundaria obligatoria, en la asignatura de Educación Física. Se ha utilizado la metodología AICLE y el diseño universal del aprendizaje como un medio para fomentar el aprendizaje autónomo del alumnado a través de la segunda lengua y también para facilitar el acceso al currículo de todos los alumnos.
(EN)The present work is a didactic proposal of yoga for the second year of compulsory secondary education, in the subject of Physical Education. CLIL methodology and universal design of learning have been used to promote students' autonomous learning through the second language and also to facilitate access to the curriculum for all students.
