Resumen
El presente trabajo fin de grado está enfocado al análisis desde una perspectiva constitucional y jurídica del gasto público, más concretamente de los Presupuestos Generales del Estado.
Mi reflexión para realizar este trabajo fin de grado, la he desarrollado basándome en el artículo 134 de la Constitución Española, realizando un análisis de cada uno de sus diferentes apartados. Continuando con las diferentes etapas en las que se desarrollan los Presupuestos Generales del Estado, es decir, el denominado ciclo presupuestario.
This end-of-degree work is focused on the analysis from a constitutional and legal perspective of public spending, more specifically from the General Budgets of the State. My reflection to do this end-of-degree, work has been developed based on article 134 of the Spanish Constitution, conducting a thorough analysis of each of its different sections. Continuing with the different stages in which the State’s General bucket is developed, also known as the budget cycle.
