Resumen
[ES]Las empresas deben de dar respuesta a demanda de la sociedad que continuamente reclama, sobre información de la calidad de los servicios que estas ofrecen. Le corresponde a la administración de las organizaciones dar respuesta a estas necesidades, estableciendo cuatro niveles, siendo estos economía, eficacia, eficiencia y excelencia. La percepción de los estudiantes sobre el ocio cultural y el ocio nocturno es un asunto de elevado interés para las empresas de este sector, el cual necesita las herramientas de análisis necesarias para poder realizar una mejora en la dotación de los servicios. Por ello para poder desarrollar esta idea hemos desarrollado los indicadores de gestión, siendo estos instrumentos empleados por la contabilidad para analizar la calidad de los servicios, normalmente se desarrollan en el sector público, siendo cada vez más habituales en el sector privado.
[EN]Companies must respond to demands of society that continuously claims, information of the quality of the services they offer. It is up to the management of organizations to respond to these needs, establishing four levels, being these economy, effectiveness, efficiency and excellence. Perception of students about cultural leisure and nightlife is a matter of great interest to companies in this sector, which needs the analysis tools to be able to make an improvement in the provision of services. Therefore, in order to be able to develop this idea we have developed the management indicators, being these instruments used by accounting to analyze the quality of the services, usually develop in the public sector, being most common in the private sector.
