Resumen
El presente trabajo se basa en un proyecto de investigación en el cual vamos a estudiar a menores infractores dentro de los centros de reinserción y protección con medidas específicas de régimen abierto. El trabajo aborda varios temas relacionados con esta problemática pero en concreto, vamos a centrarnos en describir la prevalencia de la delincuencia juvenil, así como sus categorías infractoras principales, conocer cuáles son los factores de riesgo que llevan a una conducta antisocial y presentar algunos programas e intervenciones socioeducativas aplicadas a menores infractores.
This work is based on a research project in which we will study juvenile offenders in rehabilitation and protection centers with specific measures of the open regime. The paper addresses several issues related to this problem but in particular, we will focus on describing the prevalence of juvenile delinquency and its main infringing categories as well as knowing which risk factors that lead to antisocial behavior are and presenting some programs and socio-educational interventions applied to juvenile offenders.
