Disposición testamentaria a favor del cónyuge o pareja ¿ineficaz cuando se produce nulidad, divorcio o separación?

Abstract

Este trabajo fin de grado sobre “disposición testamentaria a favor del cónyuge o pareja ¿ineficaz cuando se produce nulidad, divorcio o separación?” analiza si las disposiciones testamentarias son eficaces o no, cuando van dirigidas al cónyuge o pareja y posteriormente se produce crisis matrimonial. Se reflexiona sobre ésta situación tanto en el derecho común como en algunos derechos forales; también su resolución por la jurisprudencia, debido a que hasta hace recientemente poco había una discrepancias sobre su actuación.

This situation is reflected both in common law and in some statutory rights; also its resolution by jurisprudende, because until recentrly it had discrepancies on its performance.
