Resumen
Hoy en día, los niños y niñas pasan la mayor parte del tiempo utilizando las nuevas tecnologías. Esto supone que es probable que se produzca un sedentarismo a nivel físico-motor. Por ello, se procede a evaluar el nivel de condición físico-motora en alumnos y alumnas de 5 años donde se observa que los niveles entran dentro de la normalidad. En vista a los resultados, se inicia una propuesta práctica llamada “Semana sin tecnología, semana activa” donde se promueven los juegos tradicionales como método para motivarlos y así poder mejorar su condición físico-motora y promover otro tipo de actividades como alternativa a las TICs.
Nowadays, children spend most of their time using new technologies. This means that sedentariness at physical-motor level is probable to be happening. An evaluation at physical-motor level condition in 5-year-old students is carried out in order to observe that the aforementioned levels are normal. In view of the results, a practical proposal, called “A week without technology, an active week” is carried out, in which traditional games are promoted as a method to motivate them, and, in this way can, let them improve their physical-motor condition and promote other types of activities, alternative to IT.
