Aprendizaje cooperativo como método de enseñanza en la transferencia de habilidades gimnásticas sobre habilidades de judo

Abstract

[ES] En el presente Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) se tratará y abordará la temática de la enseñanza de habilidades gimnásticas y acrobáticas, utilizando el aprendizaje cooperativo o coopedagogía motriz como metodología de enseñanza. Del mismo modo, trataremos de establecer, si existe, una relación entre la práctica, mejora y dominio de elementos gimnásticos y, por consiguiente, la mejora de las habilidades fundamentales de judo (caídas, volteos), sin perder de vista su transferencia sobre el factor psicológico (no tener miedo a una caída). Esta investigación parte de una revisión bibliográfica y un estudio de los elementos gimnásticos y de las habilidades y gestos técnicos del judo. La búsqueda documental se llevó a cabo a través de Google Scholar, Dialnet, Scopus, Web of Science; además de consultar la biblioteca de la Universidad de Jaén. Posteriormente se llevará a cabo una proyección didáctica del tema a través del diseño de una UDI de judo aplicada a dos grupos de alumnos (control, y experimental) de un 4o curso de secundaria. A uno de los grupos (grupo experimental) se le aplicarán unas sesiones de habilidades gimnásticas previamente, con el objetivo de valorar si se produce o no una transferencia significativa hacia la mejora en la ejecución de habilidades (volteos y caídas) de judo, que posteriormente serán evaluadas al finalizar dicha UDI.

[EN] My final Project (TFM) degree will focus on gymnastics and acrobatics, paying speacial attention to the cooperative and colearning motor teaching. At the same time, we will try to match the practice, the improvent and the management of gymnastics elements with the practice of judo (falls and turns), without desconsidering its mental effects on humans fear (not being afraid of falling down). This research is based on a bibliographic review and a study of the gymnastic elements and the technical skills and movements of judo. The documentary search was carried out through Google Scholar, Dialnet, Scopus, Web of Science, in addition to the library of the University of Jaen. Subsequently, a didactic projection of the subject will be carried out through the design of a judo Individualized Didactic Unit applied to two groups of students (control, and experimental) of a 4th year of secondary school. One of the groups (experimental group) will be taught some gymnastic skills previously, in order to assess whether or not there is a significant transfer towards improvement in the execution of judo skills (turns and falls), which later will be evaluated at the end of the mentioned UDI.
