Abstract

El transporte aéreo internacional es un sector donde se producen numerosas operaciones que están sujetas a contratos que permiten el tráfico de mercancías. Estos contratos tienen características especiales debido al riesgo que conlleva el transporte de mercancías, las partes contractuales que intervienen en el mismo, responsabilidades y obligaciones de ambas, los documentos que se emplean para formalizar los contratos, su normativa aplicable y las organizaciones internacionales que han intervenido en el desarrollo del sector aéreo; elementos que van a pasar a ser objeto de análisis en este Trabajo de Fin de Grado.
